Soon after, however, I had the same issue come up and I was provided with extremely prompt and thoughtful service; I was provided with a new charger free of cost and my laptop was dropped off to me at home to save me a trip. Fast forward a few months and I have run into another issue, and I went in for a quick visit - I left with another new charger (FREE), and walked out as a lifelong loyal customer of this spot!!! I would highly recommend this store for computer repair - they clearly care greatly about their customers and the service that they provide, even months later they felt obliged to help me with a new issue that arose -when they could have charged me, they instead just did whatever they could to help and resolve the issue free of charge. Thank you for providing fantastic service and support, you will be seeing me again!
