Avery HR is a terrible agency, to put it simply. I was hired to work at Cosmetica in Scarborough, the hiring lady said it was a 3 month contract. So we went through hours of the orientation and application process. 8 working days later, about 20 agency workers were laid off. If you expect people to work 8 days and come back, then say it's an On-Call position and don't lie. The day we were let off, we had only been working about 20 mins. They made us wake up and waste money to get to work just to be let off, claiming they would pay us for the full day. THEY DID NOT PAY EVEN AN HOUR. Deceiving, lying agency. They constantly post job ads for jobs that don't even EXIST yet. They constantly hire new people because they employ people for 2 weeks at a time, and those people never return. Overall, worst agency I've dealt with.

I have to say right of the bat that I am extremely pleased with Sarah Lalee, the staffing specialist at Avery Human Resources at 201 City Centre drive, unit#1100. She immediately seen my qualifications and wasted no time setting me up with an employer that fits my criteria/needs. Anyone who wants a position, I recommend seeing Sarah. Her straight to the point no nonsense approach will help you, even guide you, in finding the right employment for you in the long-term. thank you Sarah, your the best!!!!!!!

Avery HR was able to quickly process my required documents and have me start a job the following day after visiting and registering with them. The staff at the agency are very generous and instructions on the company I am working at was given in advance including Health and Safety.Their use of their online PostLock Support system is a great way to view Paystubs and other important notices easily, as notifications are sent to our emails when items are posted.

Do Not Be Fooled By their FAKE Reviews. Reading Any Positive Review About This Place, I Can VERY Easily Tell They Are Fake/Paid. After applying to a job position, I was UNFORTUNATELY contacted by Avery HR Markham Office. I was invited to come attend an interview. The lady on the phone was very vague about the whole thing, and really only asked me to come in and that's it.There was no follow up email with directions, which actually made it extremely hard to find their office. Once I did eventually locate their office, I was notified that the lady I had an interview with was not at work that day. I was NOT told prior that my interviewer was not in that day, but instead they let me waste my time anyway. (I live an hour and a half away, without traffic, so thanks) Even though the the lady was not there and I was not getting my interview as expected, I was told it is perfectly OKAY and to just wait until someone else can help me. After listen to what sounded like a couple girls chatting and having lunch, 20 minutes later I was asked to complete a test. No one ever mentioned to me that I MUST participate in any kind of test (especially a test that took a minimum of 45 minutes to complete). This 'test' even asked for my Direct Deposit Information (which I did not have on me, because again, NO ONE SAID ANYTHING)?? After completing the test, I was told I was free to leave, that is all, nothing more. Leaving Avery HR I felt like my time was completed WASTED. The unskilled staff working there showed no enthusiasm, or care for the people they are claiming to 'help'. Its been over a couple months since my "interview" with the missing lady at Avery HR, and I still have not heard ANYTHING back. I even e-mailed her, trying to follow up with my application, and again NOTHING, no reply. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star but I have to just to write this review.

Very Professional is the term ,if I have to put on words about Avery HR in Missisuaga. They are professionals and looks for better professionalism. Working there has always been a beautiful experience. Senior staff are always respectful. Everyone treated me like a human being, not as a robot. Great wage to offer even for a beginner. I encourage everyone to please contact Avery HR, as it will prove a great experience working there, Mark My Words!! Thank You!!

They are the best agency in GTA. I have been looking for a suitable job opportunity that is suited with my past 20 years experience. When I got a call from Avery for an orientation, with one of their reputed client, all of those attended have secured a job. If you are all LAZY or CHOOSE , don't comment bad about AVERY Thank you for hearing my message AVERY has helped for the people who could not find a suitable job for a long time. Avery Human Resources has been very professional with me. They treat me like a real professional and not just like another expendable employee. Sarah LaLee is my recruiter, and she is fantastic. She is professional and accessible. Whenever I call, she picks up right away. When I send an E-mail, she's on it right away. As well, she found a great place for me to work that's very convenient for me to get to and the job is great. I actually like going to work. If you are a professional or have a professional attitude, I highly recommend Avery HR in Mississauga.

This is my first only agency for working, I know from hearing from other people sometimes it doesn't go well because the job may not fit the person, but the workers in this agency really work hard to pair you with your preferences. I was just fortunate to land a fun and exciting job on the first try, Remember just be honest with them about yourself and they will do their best to pair you with the best possible option, Shout out to Prachi for helping me and answering all my questions along the way.
