★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been reached by Shareeka Nagil from linkedin regarding a contract position, I have asked which client it is and what rate, no response, I have asked her phone number so I can call to discuss , no response. I sent her two emails ask for the details job description so that I can send over my resume. No response. Today She blacklist me on linkedin messenger. I am 20 years in the business, first time encounter this kind of HR company and people, if upper management see this message and want to talk , you can message me.

Because they keep email me new job opportunities and they never hook me up with any of them. I suggest if you really looking for a construction field job, go to Kelly which is close by this location. They help me find the job and the best service ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a random message by a guy named James and I must say, It was very unprofessional. After contacting him, he told me he had a job for me and I asked for the company name. He then tells me that the company that is looking to hire wants to keep their name confidential but that it is a HIGHLY ACCLAIMED company in Canada. Only for me to find out later that the company he was talking about was actually HAY's. Yes, the company that he's working for. This is absolutely atrocious and so unprofessional. Why not just let the person you contacted know. And this company is not highly acclaimed. It absolutely sucks. Do not deal with these unprofessional thugs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was contacted by Taylor housdon about a job she said that I was perfect for and wanted to meet the next day at 9:45 in the morning .I had to make arrangements to make the meeting on such short notice and when I was on my way I received and email cancellation from Taylor at 8:30 in the morning not even a call so very unprofessional . She wanted to reschedule later on in the day which was very difficult as I juggled my day to meet in the morning . She continued to put me off all day with ridiculous excuses and even put me off at end of day because she had a yoga class. I called he office to discuss with the VP Louisa Benedicto I left her voice messages and emails with no response . Here are some of the messages that Taylor sent me and the listings of the people that represent this poor excuse of a recruiter . I pride myself in being very professional and I have never met a recruiter like Hays that is so unprofessional and lack of respect for a persons time and care for there business. I would highly recommend you not do any type of business or correspondence with this company in any capacity .

Unlike most recruiters, Bob from Hays stood out to be one of the most professional recruiter I have dealt with.
Honest, patient, he made sure to follow up with me constantly and asked for permission before sending my resume to employers. He has solid connections with well known construction companies.
I had few interviews through him before I landed my latest job as a Construction estimator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst job agency. I registered new job alert by email. It turned out everyday exactly same repetitive jobs. Why bother send out alert while there's no new job update? No response from a agent in Mississauga office no matter how many times job applications are submitted. That's humiliation to job seekers.
