★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company is extremely rude and unprofessional. The person who picked up the phone hung up on me before I could finish talking. I called back twice and each time was hung up on before I could even speak.
They don't even deserve this star but apparently you have to give one before you are allowed to post but I have taken it away....

I had to meet the recruiter first, then off the the client for an interview.
They hired in the same day! It's been 4 months and they did hire me full time with benefits.
Great work by the IFG team to help me get settled into this amazing job.

I spoke with Scott over the phone at the IFG Mississauga location regarding a position advertised on their website. He asked for a resume and got me in to meet with them the next day.
Scott was very friendly, professional, and gave me details pertaining to the accounting position.
The next day they scheduled me for an interview with the client. I ended up getting the job!
Not only is it a great position, the salary offered was way more than I expected!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred to IFG by a friend who recently used them to find and secure a job in the accounting field.
They were a very professional group. My initial meeting was at their Mississauga office. The recruiter I met with, paid great attention to the kind of position I was looking for.
The Mississauga office was able to set up a meeting/interview with one of their clients. After the initial interview, the recruiter from IFG took the time to call me back, debrief with me and I was fortunate enough to get me a second round interview with their client. This interview was with a difference manager, so they spent further time to prepare me for this round.
After all of this, I was thrilled when I got the call from my IFG recruiter to say I was the candidate selected. I got hired! To top it off, they even got me a higher pay rate than I was expecting!
I am always going to refer friends to the team of IFG Mississauga!
