★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is awesome. I definitely want to appreciate Mr Surabh Jaggi. He hepled me a lot in finding work without repeating the statement " I want work". He helped me find work within couple of weeks but it is hard to contact him as they hardly pick up calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Where do I begin? I received an email inviting me over for a interview last week. Turns out it would be a job agency. Aside from filling out pages of documents and a contract, one hour later I met with Laura. At first, she sounded like she's willing to help, then I got a job from her the next day, doing order picking instead of a line cook position. The job went really well as I got great feedbacks from my employer, until some spiteful individual reported me going on my phone while working, mind you, the majority of the warehouse workers were doing the exact same AND I asked coworkers if it was okay at first, and they said "it was fine. As long as your music doesn't disrupt your work." Things were well until Laura called me the other day, informing me that my contract was terminated becuase of the situation. Long story short, I reported to the warehouse company to HR, they wanted me to talk to my agency about it. So I did, only for Laura to interrupt me, talked over me, and gave me the most unprofessional attitude while I told her that I was wrongfully targeted at my shift, while most of the workers in the warehouse department blasts their music away. I forgot to mention too is that she also closed my file all because I made a report and not tell her first...
The moral of the story is: just don't trust agencies and find your own work elsewhere. ??♀️??♀️??♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved their exceptional customer service. If you are looking for a short term or long term just tell them your experience and they will find a perfect fit. In my case, Saurabh Jaggi found me a short term job becuase I was only free for a week. He is very professional.

Provided me with results of the online skills tests I completed. Also continued contact with me right up to my employer interview, and I appreciated the follow up after the interview, and again after I was hired. Great service, above and beyond what I have experienced at other recruiters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was contacted by their recruiter Joelle Waugh for a part time position for delivery driver. I made them aware of my availability schedule through my resume as well as during telephonic interview. They sent me a bunch of training and quiz to complete as was mandatory for the job and also made me fill out other agreements and form and obtained all my personal information including a third party background check. After completing all the steps just got the mail that client was not comfortable with my availability schedule. Really unprofessional service and sheer waste of time. After they tried to compensate by offering me general laborer shift for 1 day.
