★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This lawyer is the lazy, untrustworthy and has absolutely no clue what he is doing. Please save yourself some grief and go to someone who knows what they are doing. I closed my mortgage with this guy. I paid him to check everything out and he completely messed up the paperwork. His excuse was that “he assumed everything was fine”. I didn’t pay him to assume. I paid him to do his job!!!
Nevertheless, you can imagine how much more work it is to fix legal documents once processed by an idiot. But of course he got his money. Shame on him. I should be charging him for costing me time, money and aggravation.
