now I'm 14 and I need parts for my Kawasaki every week and she never misses a beat when it comes to frustrating me I recommend asking for Chris because he is truly great! but not Lynn...

So, bought a great used bike here and RANDY was able to make a deal I couldn't refuse despite having to drive 4 hours to get there. He even went out of his way after the sale was done. He was able to track down the previous owner and get the extra key to the bike. All customer service should be like this. I'd go back there anytime! And the service guy, Dave (I think) was great to talk to and very knowledgeable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a joke they told me they can help no problem bring in my bike then I got ill went back in on a later date to confirm I talk to someone else and they said they would seeand said they would get back to me never got back to me so I go back in days later and they turn me away I went to another place and the work will get done what a joke must be nice to turn away business

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I took my 02 Polaris trail tour in because it was flooding. I asked them to clean the carb while it was in and let me know if it needs a carb kit or fuel lines then let me know. I got the sled back in two days and I was ok with spending a little over $300 as it was running. I took it out yesterday and with in 15 km it was bogging down and flooding again.
I went back with the sled to see if they would rectify the problem and pointed out that the air box was not mounted right and popped out of place and a vacuum line was not connected. They insisted that I had to pay 2 hrs labour for them to fix it properly this time. I was at very least expecting to discuss a way to work things out. This was in North Bay. They did admit that maybe they should have suggested putting a carb kit in.
I decided to drive to Sturgeon to speak with who I thought was the manager Eric.he would not admit any fault on the mechanics part and that my sled is garbage because it’s 20 yrs old. I’m very disappointed and can’t ever see myself dealing with them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely would not recommend this place. Staff needs to be better trained in customer service. Mechanics need to go back to school to earn how to do things the correct way. We took our sled in for work that did not need to be done. Mechanics put it back together wrong. Refuse to fix it for us unless we paid for the work. Totally unacceptable

Bought my bike tires from them, and installed by them, very quick and price was very reasonable. Thanks guys
