The Sami our delivery specialist was amazing at explaining what all features it had. Lydia our finance manager was super efficient with the paperwork and explaining our options. So glad to have worked with these amazing people to get our car and that too so early. Me and my wife had been thinking of getting into an SUV, and started looking at Q3 as an option. Liked it but didn't love it, a little jittery about getting a Q5, thinking that we might be breaking the bank. After visiting multiple dealerships, Malik at Audi Downtown Toronto, had answers for us that we were looking for. Got lucky with them having an incoming unit, of a sweet 2022 Quantum Grey Q5 with S-Line Black Package, sooner than expected with features more than what we had build one for and within our price range. Malik was super patient with our questions, never pushy (which is what we loved) gave us time to make our decision at our own pace. Thanks so much, Malik! He is hands down the best Sales Rep that I have ever spoken to. You can tell right away that he is passionate about what he does, and ranks customer service before anything else. Mark actually listens to you and provides the information you are looking for immediately. You want numbers, done. You want his honest expert opinion, done. You want to get behind the wheel of your prospective purchase for a test drive, done. And after all of this info is provided, you do not feel any pressure to make a decision then and there. I find this rare when recalling on my own experiences. Ironically, I was more included to sign because of it. I did not purchase a car today as I have some homework to do first, but I am MUCH more likely to pull the trigger because of my experience with Mark. Also the Dealership itself is gorgeous. I enjoyed every aspect of my visit.
