★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our apartment block recently had a wasp nest hidden between the exterior stucco and the drywall to a tenant's suite. Atlas Pest Control applied a pesticide and powder substance into the nest entrance located above a 3rd floor balcony. The wasps were no longer entering their nest by the next day. However, some wasps still resided above the ceiling, Atlas returned for another visit, their technician drilled holes into the ceiling and applied additional powder. This was done under warranty, these people are fabulous, I definitely recommend them

They are fast, efficient and best of all amazing communicators (with very detailed reporting). They are awesome to work with and I'd highly recommend them for any Strata Corporation work (as I do to my clients).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company does not respect the marginalized people living in supportive housing buildings in Vancouver. They can't even be bothered to show up when they say they're going to. They don't seem to deal with pest problems very well and that's their job...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The estimator who came out last week was professional and efficient(Lucas), the two techs(Joon & Jeremy) that did the install of mesh and traps yesterday were professional, on time, friendly, and did the work neatly. Pricing for services are fair compared to competitors... $1200 cheaper for the exact same work! Would recommend Atlas without hesitation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kills pigeons by letting them slowly starve to death in cages and has the audacity to blame it on hawks (the cages are sealed shut). Absolutely deplorable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible company -- I've been dealing with a bed bug issues since June 2021. It's now November and I'm dealing with the SAME issue. Atlas has been to my apartment 6 times over the past 6 months and each time, I still find bed bugs and am still getting bitten. I've lost countless hours of sleep. Unfortunately, the employees are incredibly unknowledgeable and not thorough whatsoever. They've given me false information regarding the treatment they were going to do which is incredibly frustrating, Had to go with another company who ultimately uses more effective measures. Avoid this company at ALL COSTS or you'll be dealing with the same issue forever.
