★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once again, This company did a wonderful job. Street construction sent a mouse into the house. The technician was extremely professional and thorough. He heard my concerns about placing pet-friendly traps and even fixed one that I had bought on amazon that had the wrong kind of bait. Thanks again - hire these people!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The techs were consummate professionals who walked me through everything and didn't make me feel like just one call of many they got that day. They did an inspection the day after I called, and left me with a great deal more confidence and a few traps. Luckily it was a false alarm! I will say of the three companies I got quotes from, this company was the most fair, but I think you get what you pay for and it wasn't much.

A tech arrived on time with his colleague and got right to work! He was incredibly kind, thorough and put me at ease. The same goes for the entire phone staff I talked to as well. The techs found no signs of bed bugs. Regardless of the issue you may be having, I highly recommend this company.

The tech did a most professional job at our house, removing a huge wasp nest from an upper bedroom ceiling. He found and eliminated 2 additional nests on the same side of the house. I highly recommend this company.

It isn't like talking to meatheads or people that actively detest your existence; they want to provide excellent service. More importantly, they do a great job. They inspect problem areas and work hard to address any concerns you have. Any company that is nice, responsive, and competent is worth your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a yellow jacket nest inside my chicken coop. The first company I called couldn't do it because the chemicals would kill my chickens. I called Richmond Advance Pest Control at 4:50 pm. To my surprise they answered and said they would be out at 7am the next morning. They arrived at exactly 7 the next day, put on a bee suit and was able to remove the nest chemical free. Very professional, I was so impressed with this company. I would highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The real definition of pest control, The tech is absolutely amazing. He’s very honest, professional, precise, and thorough. He was on time for our appointments. He gave a lot of helpful hints tips and suggestions. I'd say go with him before you go with one of those big name companies that don't really do anything. My tenants were experiencing a mice issue and they literally saw results within two weeks. If this isn't precise I don't know what is. The tech is the guy for the job! Very pleased and will highly recommend and use him again in the future!
