Tidy Vancouver

I would highly recommend Tidy vancouver for cleaning. The cleaning team did an outstanding job. They literally pay attention to small things and do a very detailed clean. I booked for their deep clean service and they really make it up to your expectations. I specially booked this service because I was moving out and my kitchen was not really in a good condition and tidy did an exceptional job in my kitchen. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

We have been using Tidy Vancouver for over a year and have been very happy them. We have been booking the tidy light service once a month for our condo and it has been wonderful to come home to a nice clean place. We have pets and the cleaners have always been very considerate of them as well. Would highly recommend.

I hired Tidy Vancouver who was able to easily accommodate my tight timing requirements and after they finished, I was super impressed on what a great job that was done. The cleaner was very professional, arrived ahead of schedule and was eager to get started. I didn't know my stove top (etc.) could be so clean! Lastly, Tidy V was very well priced and I strongly recommend their services to those in cleaning-need. Adam G

The cleaner cancelled our move-out clean via text message, 15 mins after it was supposed to have started, the day the new owners were moving in. They completely screwed us over, and we were not able to book anyone else last minute. Do not use them if you don’t have a back up plan. Completely unprofessional.

Excellent and thorough Vancouver move out cleaning services. The attention to detail was greatly appreciated. It saved me time so I could focus on getting settled in.

I wish I could give this company ZERO stars. I paid for a "Move Out" cleaning service that they had pre-charged my credit card for. $366 for a 520 SF apartment. The baseboards were not dusted, toilet was not cleaned, bathroom sink was not cleaned, tub was not clean and had residue from their cleaning powder all over it. The inside of the cabinets were still dirty and the floor was streaky and looked like they had cleaned it with dirty mop water (see attached pictures). I contacted someone and they sent a team the following day to "clean properly" this time. When I had met my landlord there to hand over the keys, the place still looked like it had not been cleaned. Insides of cabinets were dirty, baseboards still dirty, and they did not even touch the bathroom mirror. I sent pictures to the same person that I had contacted before to ask for a refund and did not get a reply. I tried calling multiple phone numbers and no answer. This company is a complete scam. DO NOT USE THEM.

Tidy Vancouver is a highly professional cleaning company. They did an amazing job at my place. It was totally worth spending money for cleaning with Tidy Vancouver. The team that came in for clean was very humble. They helped us with some extra work as we were moving out of the place. I paid $30 extra for inside oven clean and they completely restored it. This is the first cleaning company with such an advanced website I have seen so far. Would definitely recommend cleaning services from Tidy. The most amazing thing is that they charge a flat fee for their service, So they will not leave until the work is done. :)

My partner and I are getting ready to sell our condo so her task was to organize cleaners before I had painter come in. Tidy had a nice website and it was easy to schedule a cleaning. We weren't at home during the cleaning but they arrived on time and I buzzed them in to our suite. We picked the move in/out clean with all the extras (clean walls, inside fridge, inside oven, inside windows). This is their most thorough clean. We arrived home 5.5 hours after I had buzzed them in and had a look at the place. I would have been fine with their work had it been their standard clean (+extras) but for their most comprehensive clean I expected better. I have 8' ceilings so even using a small 3 step ladder everything should have been accessible for someone 5' +. There were cobwebs at the corners of wall to ceiling, ceiling fan was dusty, light fixtures dusty, tops of kitchen cabinets not cleaned etc. The oven and fridge had not been pulled out and cleaned behind (maybe I'm being unreasonable but if you are calling this a move in/out clean this is basic stuff). Light switches and outlets not cleaned of finger prints with dust on the finish plates etc. My partner reached out with a list of deficient items and pictures. They called her the next day and offered a 20$ discount for some dusting they had missed... In their FAQ they have a list of things they won't do and for what reasons. 'Cleaning of surfaces out of normal reach' and 'lifting of heavy items'. Again maybe I am being unreasonable but in an apartment with 8' ceilings nothing should be out of reach with a 3 step ladder. The fridge and stove while being heavy are very easy to slide out with 2 people (I know they had 2 people as I heard them both on the buzzer). To summarize I would have been happy if this was just a maintenance standard cleaning but to call something a move in/out clean the standards should be much higher and we at least were quite disappointed coming home to a fairly clean place that we then had to clean more thoroughly before our painters arrived the next day. Oh and she tipped them 100$ during the booking stage as she thought it would incentivize the cleaners to give us the best result.
