We have been using this company for five years. They are so friendly and easy to work with. They come every quarter and we never have any issues with ants or bugs. The techs are so courteous and friendly. I work with a lady on scheduling and she is amazing. We signed up for their mosquito spray this year. Anxious to see how it works. Highly recommend this very thorough and professional company.

The best exterminator shop ever! The employee was SO nice and informative. He's well versed in different pests and what tools you need to exterminate at home. He took the time to slowly try to explain to me what he was going to do. Priced reasonably, and great customer service! Highly recommend. Thanks again!

Hired them for a mouse infestation. Not impressed with the service. Amazed that all Google reviews are 5 stars. I think we got unlucky with our service person. At the first visit, he spent most of the time explaining mice trapping and told me to not leave food lying around. He only examined the kitchen area. He laid down some poisonous bait but did not examine for entry points, look on the other floors of my house, set snap or glue traps, or tell me to remove the succulents. Later we found out the mice were eating the succulents. Told me to simply close the top of the compost bag, not realizing that the mice can chew through the bag to get scraps. Following the first visit, we noticed a lot more mice activity (chewing up plastic bags, mouse droppings on carpet and couch on every floor). Called him back to re-evaluate the situation and he only laid down more bait and told me not to call him back until 5 weeks later. He wasn’t too interested in answering questions. Said that the increased activity is not due to the bait. Although their website advocates the use of traps, this guy does not believe in them, so we had to go out and buy our own snap and glue traps. I even built a homemade trap. Called him back a 3rd time after we saw mice moving in and out under the dishwasher. He sprayed some poison under the dishwasher, didn’t examine the rest of the house or the bait stations and told me to call him back in a week for a refund if I still see mice activity. He kindly and promptly refunded me when requested. After 5 weeks, our mouse problem was still not resolved. Disappointed that he was willing to give up and refund us rather than to try new strategies. I do not believe this guy provided the best service possible that this company has to offer. Overall, his service was suboptimal. Based on all the existing 5 star reviews, I know this company can do better.

Amazing same day service. I just bought my home which has a huge yard and an insect problem! They came out same day took care of it for me. There was an immediate difference! Polite, professional service commitment to satisfaction I signed up for a year contract! Excellent value and great results within hours! They went over all problem areas thoroughly. All flies and buzzing is finally silent! I'm super grateful and can't thank them enough for returning my home to a serene oasis

Great service! The tech is very easy to work with. So far we've had 2 applications and so far have been tick free! (At least in the yard!) We have 1 dog and 2 cats. Only the dog goes out so it's important that she doesn't bring ticks in because the cats are strictly indoors. Communication is great! So simple and easy. Price is great too! Thanks for being a great company!

Pesticon Pest Control came out to our house today to do some spot checks to control some specific areas where we've had termite damage. We are on an annual plan and this company has taken great care of us several times. The amazing thing about them is that, they treats your house like their own. They also provides excellent explanations for the behaviors and resulting damage from termites and what to expect. I get a really good feelings from this company and they are extremely friendly and also helpful customer service attitude. They’re honest and dependable. We will definitely continue using them. I called to get a termite assessment and got a same day visit, barely one hour after calling. After the inspection, I was told that we don't have live termites and was given recommendations on how to take care of the localized termite damage. Very honest and sensible company. The person who came to inspect was wearing a mask and very respectful. Would highly recommend!

Pesticon Pest Control Vancouver treatment was perfect for us. We didn't have time to move things away from the house and double bag all of our food. We also didn't want to tent our house and leave it unattended. We wanted something that wasn't toxic to humans and pets. The guys inspected and treated the drywall inside and outside and did ground treatment as needed. They were prompt, very nice, and professional. I highly recommend this company!
