Ils ont démonté la sécheuses pour se rendre compte qu'il Leur manquait une pièce.
Ils m'ont dit qu'ils allait repasser demain pour remonter ma sécheuses avec la pièce manquante ... il y a un mois et demi de cela
Nous avons quatre enfants dont deux bébés naissant

 We called the company because our dryers were running but making a funny noise
They disassembled the dryer to realize that they were missing a part.
They told me they were going to come back tomorrow to reassemble my dryer with the missing part...a month and a half ago
We have four children including two babies born

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mauvaise expérience lors d'un appel pour prendre rendez-vous. D'abord, lattente était très longue. Ensuite la réceptionniste était bête et parlait en même temps que moi. Impossible d'expliquer ma situation correctement. Je ne recommande pas cette entreprise, encouragez plutôt une plus petite organisation dans votre quartier qui saura certainement vous offrir un service personnalisé et chaleureux.
Bad experience when calling to make an appointment. First, the wait was very long. Then the receptionist was stupid and spoke at the same time as me. Couldn't explain my situation properly. I do not recommend this company, rather encourage a smaller organization in your neighborhood that will certainly be able to offer you a personalized and warm service.

He quickly identified the problem and taught me how to change the filter for the future. Thanks again for fast and wonderful service! Would definitely recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service in history. Promises not kept, weeks to get a visit. Weeks to repair an appliance. They warranty repair for Electrolux and because of their terrible delayed repair service I will never buy an Electrolux product again

Stay away form these guys.
