There are very few people who go above and beyond to help their clients with issues which aren't in the contract. She put my plan for a suite together and stayed involved until the permit was issued. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andrea provided me with a professional floor plan showing all exits, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, etc. for a home share that I am setting up in Kelowna. The floor plan had to be easy to read and accurate for the home share clients and the community support staff. The finished drawing was exactly what I asked for. I'm sure this was a small job for Andrea, but I was impressed by her professionalism and the attention she gave to my request.

We then had her design a full renovation of a condo, which again is getting great comments from anyone who stays. She helped clarify our vision and bring it into reality. When issues arose, she had practical solutions that didn't compromise the quality of the look and feel of the space. She listened carefully to our thoughts on the project and developed and adapted her design proposal accordingly while offering excellent suggestions and ideas throughout. She brought a level of architectural and construction knowledge to the project that enhanced the design and helped to ensure that the final product would be perfect.
