Rutland Dental Centre - Kelowna

My experience was not the greatest. They made unprofessional calls on priority with my dental plan....I sat in pain and on antibiotics for 2 separate antibiotic cycles .....while they Made fillings and a separate extraction priority before taking advantage of a tooth that should have been priority while on antibiotics and refused to start any dental work till I'd put funds on mine and my daughters account...then I feel I was over charged, they kept taking X-rays before and after over a 6month period...then when I asked for my X-rays and files to be transferred and my credit of $44.12 to be mailed.....it took them over a week to call and ask if I'd like it mailed or if I could stop by.....I agreed to stop by and when I opened the envelope....they didn't return my full credit of $44.12....they only returned $23.08....when I asked why my full credit was not returned in full.... their excuse was they forgot to charge me for the extra X-rays they took after doing a filling. ?......and thanx to their over X-ray charges and exam charges every time it seems like it, my daughter and I now have very little coverage left to actual get the dental work done that should have been a priority and in their best interest to care for me as a patient. Also the tooth they filled has plague build up already on the back of my tooth due to it not being sanded or buffed down correctly to be level with my tooth after the filling was done. So now it's going to cost me in repairs on a $410.00 filling which frustrates me because other dental offices did a quote on that filling size and it should have not cost that much and my disability should have cover 80%of it. Anyways, a horrible experience. I will not be referring anyone here ever. I need to respond to the Dentists response, you are correct, I was never in your office, I logged in this review and allowed a friend to write a review, she wishes to remain anonymous, all I have to say is I have never seen someone endure so much sustained pain, she is still in pain, she had to take some extordinary measures to try to get some relief, and in fact the work you performed just a short time ago is now causing some grief as well. You will not see me in your office at all.

Dr. Loo, Dr. Belbin and their team provided me with excellent care this past month! As someone who does not like going to the dentist they made me feel comfortable throughout my entire appointment. They thoroughly explained my procedure. I would highly recommend them!

I don't have a single bad thing to say about this place. The staff are all super friendly and knowledgeable. It's especially nice to have the steps of the procedures being performed explained along the way. I didn't have a single moment of discomfort during my appointment and I'm actually looking forward to future visits!

I have been going here for multiple years. This practice is the perfect. Everyone from the front to the back are amazing. Very professional and beautiful office. The doctors are very thorough and the hygienist make you feel right at home. Would definitely recommend!

My experiences at Rutland Dental Centre are always very positive! All the staff are very friendly and very professional. I have had work done by Dr Belbin and Dr Loo .. the procedure is always explained to me and I feel comfortable as they work. Both are very gentle, and that is important to me! Their follow up calls in the evening are also appreciated.. making sure I am doing well after a difficult procedure. I would highly recommend Rutland Dental to anyone who wants a positive Dental experience!

Dentistry has come a long way in 30 years! I was a bit nervous going into my last procedure. Doctor Mike and his team made it a walk in the Park. I recommend anyone who is looking for a Dentist to have no hesitation getting work done by this crew of pros!!!

The staff and care here are equally fantastic. I had a dental emergency and they accommodated me immediately and now are my go to dental providers even though they are a six hour drive from my permanent residence! Cannot say enough about this clinic!
