My first stop when I'm having issues with appliances or shopping around for an alliance. So far, I've purchased a stove, fridge and washing machine from then. No complaints

Melissa looked after ordering a part (missing bleach dispenser) for my washer very promptly after we discovered it was missing. They have a great selection and are very helpful to make sure you find what you're looking for.
M	Margaret DalZilio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a fridge previously and was pleased with the service and product so returned when we wanted to get a stainless steel fridge and stove. BIG MISTAKE!! They were supposed to be delivered on a Saturday but changed the delivery to Tuesday at the last minute. They arrived late in the evening. We put everything in the fridge and went directly to bed since we had a very early flight the next day. When we returned from vacation $200 worth of food in the fridge was spoiled. When we called to arrange a repair we were told no one was available for 5 days. My question was, "what do we eat for 5 days in the middle of the summer if we have no fridge?" While we were waiting for someone to come fix the fridge the oven stopped working and Dean needed to order a new part. There were several cancellations (not always with a phone call to let us know). In total it was almost a month before we had two functioning appliances. Yes, we saved some money but it was definitely not worth the aggravation!

I bet they make fake accounts to rate them 5 stars because they were absolutely horrendous. I can’t believe I gave them a penny… only posting this so you don’t waste your money like I did.
J	Josh DePellegrin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ !!!!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! Would give this place -5000 if I could. We had one problem under warranty and THEY IGNORED US AND BLOCKED ALL OUR NUMBERS. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!! Not worth the hassle… I suggest spending a bit more money into a new appliance with an ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE AND EMPLOYEES WHO CARE ABOUT CLIENTS. do not support this business and save the hassle and time.

The price is unbeatable and I am very happy with the quality of the products that Dan suggested. Will definitely go back for more good deals.

R	Richard Alexander Arsic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a used Decor stove and a brand new fridge from Dean Dawkins.He was really easy going and great to deal with. I liked him so I bought the brand new fridge as well to give him business. WIthout going into details one thing after another was wrong. Dent in fridge doors, oven and burner lights not working. A request for a stainless steel cover ended up being made out of galvanized and extra holes were drilled in the stove. It was a real hack job. He kept telling me he would take care of things. He avoided my texts and calls months. Had to threaten him in order to get a repair person out. He fixed the burner light but I still do not have oven lights. Not to mention how long it took to get the stove delivered! In short the man makes promises he either can't or will not keep. His word is trash, Stay away from him and his company. I wish I could give no stars because in the end the only thing fixed was the burner light. BTW his appliance technician has to come in from Scarborough so forget about any kind or prompt repairs. I wish I did not have to write this. All the issues I mentioned were easily repairable. Yet he chooses avoidance. I wish I would have read some of the ratings before going to him. :( Apparently asking for the light in the stove to work is outrageous. Those words alone from the “owner” should convince you to stay far away from him and his company. Truly an unbelievable response but I guess fitting in the end. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this place.
