★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are extremely happy with Ashton's service. The service was on a late Friday afternoon, but he didn't just rush to finish the work. He explained the process clearly and took time checking everything that might cause the issue, instead of just replacing the broken part for the toilet. He also drove across cities to help us get the replacement parts, so we didn't have to wait another week for a second appointment — can't thank more for that! The bathroom was clean and tidy after the repair, and the toilet works perfectly now.
