I was asked by Giuseppe Furino to review this awesome place !! It was for him life changing and it was a new beginning to a new way of living for your mind soul and body..... all because of the expertise of all the wonderful yoga masters... five stars all the way and more. Has recommended tons of people who are just as happy as he is!!!!! ?????

I can’t truly thank Asha Yoga Laval enough for the therapy they offer to my body, mind and soul. After 5 years of attending their classes, I still find myself excited for my next visit. Every class and every teacher is a completely different experience, keeping it fresh and innovated. They offer so much diversity in their classes for all levels, for any practice. The ambience is friendly and the staff is just incredibly warm and welcoming. They go above and beyond to provide the clients an attentive and open environment in and outside the yoga room. Here is a small insight to my experience with some teachers: Maude has to be one of the most delightful people I have ever met! She is so welcoming and genuinely a heartwarming individual... all these characteristsic shine in her teachings, she is very knowledgeable and provides great guidance throughout her classes. She really encaptures the essence of what yoga should bring to ones being...at times she can make you cry tears of stress release and fulfillment. In my opinion she is the heart of Asha Yoga. Bruno is super adorable, charismatic and just a wonderful teacher...but don’t let his cute demeanor fool you, he’s a beast! If you want to challenge your body and mind, some of his classes will definitely push your limits. He is something to aspire to! Amy is one of the first teachers I had the pleasure of experiencing yoga with. She has an infectious energy that will keep you wanting more. She really knows how to express herself in a way that enables you to make small adjustments, which make a big difference in your practice! She addresses the core fundamentals that aspire us all to commit and continue with our journey. Audrey is a spiritual being, grounding her teachings in traditional yet creative approach. Her classes are challenging yet refreshing and she encourages all to listen to their bodies and let go of what weigh us down. What is incredibly unique about her classes, if you are lucky enough to experience it, she sometimes shares her angelic voice at the end during shavasana with a chant. If you hear it, you are in for a treat. There are many other Asha teachers that I can go on and on about, but you will just have to go and experience them yourself... you won’t regret it! The service was absolutely appalling. Payed 50$ for my sister and I tried hard to be nice to the Latin American yoga teacher at the reception and he was exceptionally rude and kept being absolutely unbearable with his way of talking to me twice after that. If the teacher of such establishment that is suppose to bring feelings of compassion and peace towards oneself during a practice of yoga behaves in such a way, it is not surprising the crow was so frigid cold towards each other. I've been to many yoga places in Canada and United States and very few times did I ever see absolutely no one smiling or offering to open a door for somebody else. I would like to believe it was a one of a time occurrence in your establishment but please do mind the costumer service, it is after all the basis of your business.

It is hard to put into words how much I appreciate this studio and its amazing teachers! Each has their unique way of sharing their love for yoga which translates into my own growth as a student! thank you! If you have not tried yoga or this studio, it's time you did at Asha Yoga Laval :)

Asha Yoga Laval is truly the greatest hot yoga studio, with it's warm welcoming ambiance coupled with its amazing teachers, there's no reason not to want to leave the house and practice yoga. Location is perfect too with plenty of parking. A+

If you open your heart to the new experience and challenge, this place will show you the deepest most AWESOME parts of your soul. I am forever grateful for this studio and the people who makes it my home away from home and always helps me achieve better in my yoga practice. LOVE

I am terribly disappointed. You may want to ask if Your Yoga instructor is vaccinated. I was told that "The yoga center wasn't for me" simply because I asked if the teacher who was giving the class she was vaccinated! and the answer was No! They found that it was a very personal question and showed me the door. They should be more transparent, and let the participant decide if its worth the risk, not take it personally, be more professional.
