★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here opening day may 13th. Kind of disappointed the concession wasn't at least partly open. Should of at least been able to buy drinks ftom the machines. Nice park otherwise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great time. Easy to park, rent equipment, rent a locker. The kids had a blast on the ski hill. Lots of runs open. They had the "Squirrel" Chair lift 4 seater and the "Porcupine" 3 seater lifts open. They didn't have "The Bear" 3 seater lift open which is the furthest east on the hill as it looked like not enough snow on those slopes... Park Ave run is the furthest east which I believed we skied down. The bunny hill also had the moving conveyor belt to take beginners up to learn, and they had a trick park for those who wanted to hit some rails and some jumps. (Sadly I don't want to injured myself as an adult now, but they looked like fun) Regardless, we still had a great time. The only drawback was the prices. $245 as of March 2022 for lift tickets and rentals for 1 adult, 2 (6-12yo) kids. I would have come back another day but I didn't want to spend that again for a second day, plus hotel lodging and food. The trip cost me something like $600-700 each night+food+ activities per day skiing. We had a great time, and almost came back a second day, but body aches and justifying it to my wallet held me back and we checked out of Russel Inn 1 day early. We ended up hitting up another hotel in Portage La Prairie that had a nice pool and waterslide with our savings on our way back. Win win for parents and kids!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing! Such a great place for skiing. We took a group of students there for a couple of days and it was stellar. Great organization - having all the gear ready for us when we arrived. Quality and friendly staff and service. Can't wait to go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Campsites in Bay 1 is where we stayed and they are nicely sectioned off by trees....privacy. alot of paths throughout the Bay to lead you to the bathrooms. Only electrical no water in this campground.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome! My family (kids ages 8-10) had a blast mountain biking down the asessippi ski resort hills. If you or your kids have any interest in mountain biking....this is definitely worth visiting. We will be coming back soon.
