Artic took care of making all the necessary arrangements to deliver the spa from the Cherry Picker to permits and install. Artic Spa left us with a peace of mind knowing that they are phone call away if we ever need anything!

When I was finally at my wits end dealing with those twits, I turned to Rudy and like an empathetic father understood my anxiety and asked "What can I do to make it right?" Within 4 days I had a new smoker delivered and the old one taken away and I owe it all to Rudy for his fantastic customer service. Know this! You'll be looked after at Arctic Spas.

He was knowledgeable, professional and allowed us as the hot tub owners to contribute to decisions regarding the install that makes sense for customer input such as location and orientation (which seat is where). He knew the software (Arctic Spa app and hot tub control module) very well and was also descriptive and patient while explaining both the software and hardware (lid, latches, physical controls) as well as the initial setup and subsequent maintenance routine. Thanks for the wonderful install process!

There is much to learn about hot tubs and they do a great job of informing you before you make such a big decision. Thank you to Rudy for having such a great team and product.
