★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to phone for a quote. My phone call was passed around between 3 people. The 3rd person I talked to named Ken, was very offensive and unprofessional as well as prejudiced. Made me very disappointed in trying to source local steel building construction. I was greatly offended by what he said. Would not recommend to anyone. He hung up the phone hard. Where was the customer service?
