★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Clean store. Discounts around 30% today and limited sizes buy exclusive items available - it's a outlet after all. Store capacity around 20 people (COVID control) and there is a small tent outside for those that have to wait. Huge parking lot so parking was easy. I loaded up on 2 jackets and a hoodie.
2021 Black Friday update - great organization outside in the morning before the store opened. I really appreciated the 2 extra tents they set up in case it rained (thankfully it was a dry morning). Staff were extra helpful and took the time to answer my questions. Black Friday discount was 20% off most of the already discounted (~30%) jackets/pants/etc. For those waiting outside, they had a wait list and 2 staff members keeping track. Great work, Arc'teryx staff in North Van!

Quite busy with bargain hunters on a Saturday afternoon but DJ was very knowledgeable and happy to spend time helping us to find the right sizes of the gortex jackets in the appropriate level of protection required for our needs. We are pleased with our purchases and look forward to our next hiking adventure. We appreciate your service DJ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here on a Sunday afternoon and there was moderate traffic. There are some funky and bright colour of jackets but this is expected at an outlet. They had a lot of hardshells on sale and some winter gear. The sizes were pretty big for some pants but I honestly found a lot of small and medium sizes which I fit. Wish I ended up buying a jacket but left empty handed. Will definitely be back next time I am in BC. Worth a visit but don't expect to find an exact retail item (in black or a specific popular colour) here.
