Now in mosquito season has possible carrier of mosquitoe born disease can freely enter the unit unless we keep door close. contacting customer service, property management, will go no where and you have to fight to get anyone to look at it. They ask me: who installed the screen door? How am I suppose to know! I'm only a tenant! I deal with Del Rental as the property management! you're the one that suppose to know or where to get that information!
M	Mark B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I own a recently completed Tridel condo. Just not what they used to be. Don’t let the name fool you. Beautiful lobbies and amenity spaces but in the units they cut corners just like the rest of them. All doors are held in place by the trim, caulked and a couple of finishing nails. Frames are 1/2” mdf, lower quality doesn’t exist. 4 years old and doors are literally falling off. Emailed tridel, they said too bad. Tridal name used to mean quality, clearly not the case anymore.
N	Nick B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice building in a great location with good amenities, however the issues residents face stem mostly from mismanagement of the building. Turnover of security is high and the property management office does not seem to be well run. The cleaning staff are the only group who operate well and efficiently. The building is also locked into a long term deal with Provident Energy (a terrible utility company) all thanks to a member of the board of directors who used to be an executive there. Tridel building quality is also not what it used to be. lived in this building for 5 years.
