★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star less because this lot doesn’t have “#9” labelled anywhere. It led to a lot of confusion and there was no one present who can help. Took me quite sometime to figure out that I am parking in right lot. When it’s self-park facility then I think the signs should be more clear so that customers can reach easily and park in right place. Not everyone is familiar with all the downtown parking lots and no one wants a ticket after reserving a parking spot. Please place some sign which says “lot #9” there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice parking garage, but the building is a nightmare to navigate. Elevators aren't working, staircases lead nowhere, no signage. Then we could hardly find how to get back in. Tried to call the concierge several times, no answer. We knocked on the glass sliding doors and a rude man showed up with his mask down to let us in, wearing just a tanktop. He started yelling that it's not his responsibility to give us directions if we're knocking on the glass. Awful place.
