P	Peter K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Should be a 5/5 based on price, but a huge concern these days is safety. The stairways are full of needles on the ground, stairs, etc. People smoking up there. Homeless shelter at the Novotel Hotel right beside the lot(s). How do you feel safe especially if you are bringing your kids to sports games at the Scotiabank Arena or if you and some friends want to dine at the Esplanade? I'd rather park and pay more somewhere closer than to deal with all this. Someone really needs to address this issue. Safety should be priority #1.
R	Richard Huang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gotta get there pretty early since it’s usually full on weekdays. Good location but beside a temporary homeless shelter at the Novotel. Be careful of your belongings and try not to go their too late when it’s quiet.
M	Merissa Lombardo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had no issues parking here. Rate was good for a weekday evening $7 for 4 hours. Attendant was nice and assisted with payment. You can pay at the kiosk when exiting but it holds up the car lineup.
T	Thong Nguyen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This green p car park is a multi level structure with lots of parking. I think there is 6 stories of available parking space. It is a 24 hour facility. I'm not sure if there is staff 24 hours but there are pay stations available around the clock. It is well lit. Ramps and elevator make this accessible to all. The rates are great for downtown.
Y	Yogesh Murali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge parking spot. Pretty affordable on weekdays after 6pm. The only downside is the area around this parking lot is just a bit sketchy at night. But still the parking location is ideally located few minutes away from some great food locations.
