Finding a parking spot downtown is already difficult enough, but the fact that these guys limit their parking time to 6 o clock is ridiculous. Calling their service number is almost pointless because i kept getting forwarded to their voicemail. Online transaction isn't even an option cause their app was still in development. I really hope this plays improves.

Downtown parking near the HHOF, Meridian Hall, and the St Lawrence Market. Parking times are limited, their parking kiosks are archaic, and they charge anything between $10-$30+ for parking depending on local events (guess what, with their location they get to upcharge a *lot*). Workers are generally friendly and it's below a residential building so it's warm and safe, but please don't believe the 5 star reviews from a year ago. That's insane.

Total rip off. Reads $22 for the day on the sign and on the paying machine it gives you 2 hours only. Don’t even try.

Parking was only allowed until 6 pm. Tried to call multiple times only got voicemail website said you can pay for additional time via mobile but when I clicked on the link it said the application was still under development...

I should have read these reviews before parking because clearly they deceive not only me but everyone that parks there. They choose to charge whatever they feel and still no call back after leaving a voicemail 5 days ago.

Great location, however, it is quite pricey.

On the day of the Alice Cooper concert at Meridian Hall, they just decided to stick a sign that says "event parking" and charged me 30 dollars. Total ripoff. Next time I parked at Green P (2 Church St), it was only $7 for the night. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

The location and parking lot itself is very good. However, their ticket machine is usually out of order or it's not working properly charging you more by mistake than it should. And that's almost impossible to get your money back
