He treated himself as the master and others as slaves. He is a racist and zero Canadian standards and company keep him because others working with him like a donkey. I’ll give the company rating negative 10000

I can not count how many times as being quality manager we shipped items under quality to the customer's specifications. They did not have a QA manger for almost a year before me. The last QA manager quit because the production manager wanted to move "weight" as the operations manager told me. The soon to be operations manager forced an oven which tempers and strengthens aluminum with over 100k of extrusions because it would not other wise meet their 2 week deadline. The extrusions manager forged legal documents numerous times to customers in order to ship extrusions specifically related to tension strengths required to test the structural integrity of the aluminum. She specifically took samples of failing extrusions and made them pass. I have numerous photos of entire truck loads being tipped over damaged and they still shipped them. A customer employee was hurt because of their arrogance because they received a truck which was not properly packed by their shipping department. I resigned because I have a conscious which is why I’m sure their last QA manager resigned because she did not want to see people hurt. The employee turn over rate is at least 4 production employees a week, being generous in those numbers. Safety is questionable because the extrusions manager in change of safety does not know the first thing about OSHA. One specific instance was liquid caustic spilled from a large tank they use to remove aluminum from die and they lt floor and attempted to clean it up with a chemical spill kit. In addition to this incident they left a large quantity of liquid caustic on the ground for months without cleaning it up.
E	Eiad Fap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked at the Calgary plant for a few months and that's the worst working experience in my entire life. Nobody in the plant cares about your safety and even your life. The management team was the worst one I ever seen...especially the plant manager Elmedhi guy who literally yelled at everyone working there even his closest pet collegue. I'd say the company is not a typical Canadian company...it's even worse than a third-world factory! And nobody actually cares about the products' quality. Avoid working there or purchasing their products at all costs!!!!
