Probably called a dozen places in and around Kingston and they were one of the only ones I could get a hold of. It was a little bit late in the season and they were obviously very busy, but they still found the time to make sure my gutters were installed before the end of season. Stephanie was always helpful on the phone. The guys who installed did a great job, the eavestroughs look seamless, and were very friendly. Just seems like a great company and great group of people to work with. Plus, their prices were half what I was quoted by a different installer. Go to them without hesitation.

The only thing I was not happy about is the corner method and they do not match screw colour to the eavestrough and use silver screws. Our eavestrough was dark brown and it sticks out quite a bit as we have alot of corners its not very aesthetically pleasing compared to a mitre with matching screw colour. They did offer a $75 credit though but were not willing to change the screws. Ideally, I would have just liked them to change the screws to dark brown for aesthetics vs the credit. This may be an important detail for others as it is to us and is worth noting.
D	David Daw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this in 2020, but we had "Rideau Rain Gutter" replace the eavestroughs on our home and also add the leaf-guard covers in July 2016, and we were very pleased with their price and the excellent work they did. It rained hard the day after our installation and we discovered a leak, but they came right out the next day and took care of this for us. Our home has a steel roof and 3 story eaves at the back that required 40ft ladders, but RRG got the job done safely, efficiently and on budget! The leaf-guard covers are amazing and have also saved our new eaves trough's (for the past 3 winters) from the annual ice damage that we had previously experienced before we had them. We would highly recommend Rideau Rain Gutters - nice people, great product, fair pricing and excellent workmanship!

They were able to improve how the drain pipes were set and also set up a separate pipe for when we use the rain barrel. Great customer service to go over the quote and to schedule when the work would be done. Very happy with how it looks and with the recent rain, how it drains.
