★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My boyfriend bought me a beautiful necklace for my birthday. In two weeks a crystal had fallen out. I took the necklace back so it could be repaired. They told me it would take 4-6 weeks. Well I dropped it off on April 6th, it's now June 26th. Thats 11 weeks. Still no necklace. The ladies in the store have a "it's out of our hands" attitude and have done nothing to help me get my necklace tracked to see where abouts it is. I will not be buying from there again.

Bought a gorgeous necklace for my girl for Christmas and after a day or 2 of wearing it I noticed 5 of her links were soldered together missing connection links as it was a cube necklace, so I went back to store where I received attitude and then they sent it to Vancouver for 15 days to be repaired. Upon recieving the necklace back, it was completely untouched from when I dropped it off to be repaired. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in Kamloops on business and stopped in to see if they could take links out of a watchband. Took her about 5 minutes and didn't charge me. She also referred me to another jewellery repair in the mall as she didn't have the part to fix a band on another watch. They were great as well.

Some of the employees have appeared rude and seem judgemental in the past but some have very good customer service and the store manager is lovely and helpful. The prices are very fair and they frequently have sales going on. They assisted me in finding my engagement ring when the one I realized the one ordered on there website wasn’t my style in person, and accepted it back even though it had passed the return policy. Completely changed my opinion of the store and I was thrilled with service I received! The ring came sooner than expected and I received an extra gift because of a payment error. Overall, I would recommend them and am happy with the assistance I’ve received 9 times out of 10.
