Animal Hospital Of Cambridge

We are an elderly couple, and we now have spent over $800 on testing to try to get our dogs teeth fixed. They keep on charging us but they haven't touched his teeth. We are in our 70's and they kept us waiting for hours. Finally my husband got upset and yelled at the staff. All of sudden 15 min later he's all sudden ready to go. Staff looks too young to be in this field. Very unorganized, staff is not pleasant at all. Please go somewhere else!

Very thorough and informed pet care. Prices are reasonable, but not for the faint of heart. You get what you pay for in spades though with top notch care, advice, and most importantly, treatment options and information.

Animal hospital of Cambridge only cares about one thing and that's profit. They're only interest is finding ways to continuously over charge you for basic services. Why do you need to charge a 25 to 30% premium on your prescriptions? Why do your clients have to continually see a vet just for basic refill of medication that they've been on for years? The wait time to actually see a veterinarian is atrocious they used to have a good practice but now it's solely about finding ways to pay for their overhead at the expense of our four-legged loved ones. To top it all off they misdiagnosed my cat not once but twice in addition to terrible end of life services for my dog! We finally found another vet in town that is very accommodating and would never let an animal struggle in pain just because of a policy they have in place that is solely driven by profit. Much better veterinarian services in town who truly have a passion for your furry Friends without trying to find multiple ways to overcharge for services. I guess somebody has to pay for that fancy building thank goodness it's no longer me and my family. You just lost a client of nearly 15 years I stayed with your practice this long because I truly liked the original owners of this practice maybe it's time to reevaluate how you run your practice. It's okay to make a profit but at this point it's clearly obvious that you have lost touch with reality and I challenge anybody to really look around at other veterinarian services who are top notch and make time for your loved ones without the condescending attitude and ridiculous rates. Only a few veterinarians in my opinion are actually competent at this location hopefully you end up with one who is if not good luck. ....

I was a little skeptical going here after reading some of the reviews but I found the staff to be lovely, kind and caring. The vet we have is great with giving options and working with me to find solutions for my pets health. I love the clinic us open late so I don't have to take time off work to have an appointment or pick up meds.

I used this hospital for an emergency when my own clinic was closed. Dr. Kwok was great and her team were helpful. I was able to get treatment for my older cat and then followed up with my own vet. The treatment was antibiotics which have worked great and wet food that the cat won't entertain! I'm very happy they were able to see my old girl. Thank you!

The kind, caring, compassionate staff are unlike any other. You feel welcomed, unrushed and like they truly care for you and your beloved pet. Over the phone, Vanessa spoke with a true warmth in her heart. My husband and I recently had to make one of the most difficult decisions, to let our sweet girl fly free. A huge thank you to the fabulous staff present on Sunday for treating us and our little Annie with the utmost care and respect. You all made the transition as easy and comfortable as it could possibly be. Myself, husband and Annie, are forever grateful. Keep up the excellent work!! ?

The staff at AHC are amazing, always friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable and their extended hours are super convenient. Every time my pup has been sick they can get me in the same day. Always have a great experience when we go, highly recommend!

Amazing service. Took our cat in Sunday morning. The doctor took the time to explain issue but also nutrition choices and recommendations. Hopefully will never need again but if we do I'll gladly and confidently take my pet back
