I called Anchor to actually get someone to fix it but Service was great and walked us through it, solved the problem and offered to come out if we needed them. Friendly and very kind to help us solve the problem before a call out. Appreciated!

I had to wait 2.5 months for my 2 doors to come in (which were ordered wrong after being measured by 2 different people), and it's been 6 weeks since they said they would "rush" it for me and they still don't have my interior door ready. Went to another company to get a front door in the meantime, and it's lovely, cheaper, and ready to be installed. I'd avoid this company at all costs, no matter how catchy their jingle may be.

The door looks and works great and was installed right on time, even working around my schedule. The installers were hard working, friendly, left us a nice note on the way out, and even did extra clean up. Great job! I know it's not easy out there!

They have given me great advice about how to troubleshoot issues with my garage door, and the one time I had an emergency they were there quickly to do repair and make sure everything in my garage was safely locked up that night. I called them today when my garage door was unresponsive and they walked me through a few steps on the phone, and was able to get it sorted out and working. Nice people, and I will always give them my business and recommendations.

I have called 3 different times over the last 2 1/2 months leaving a voice message each time (the last one was taken personally by the person who answered the phone after I mentioned no return call after 2 messages in 1 1/2 months). I have yet to receive a return phone call from the sales department. I believe the gents name is Steve? We have an entire house of windows to replace but are mainly focused on 3 immediately including the front room picture window. Would be nice if someone would call us back. ?

One sealed unit has already failed, 2 are leaking internal yellow adhesive and more importantly they specified lower mainland windows for my house that ice-up way worse than the wooden ones I wanted to improve upon. With all the expansion and contraction and moisture, no wonder they are already failing and mould has started. Units are poor quality and inappropriate for this climate. That sales person is no longer there and it doesn’t appear Anchor wants to admit or own this. Massive joke and waste of $26K on a once every 30 years home improvement. 5 months ago, Lee their operations guy came to my house and said he’d get on this. I am totally under warranty still for sure I was told. Greg their manager keeps pushing me off despite many emails and calls. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with ANCHOR DOOR & WINDOW.
