We took the FX to Jay's and they looked it over and found that it needed one new front ball joint and one back wheel bearing replaced. Jay and his crew's attention to detail and ability to get things figured out in a timely manner are part of what makes Jay's Auto such a great place to take your car. One thing I have found with Jay's, you can trust them not to push/recommend any kind of 'extra' service that is not really required. Honest, experienced and knowledgeable are just three of the great things about Jay's. I am always cautious about recommending businesses but I am happy say you can trust your car with Jay. After 6 months and another cross country Canada drive its in for an oil change and I just received praise for how well its been maintained. I have no doubt that this was at least partly because of the excellent service we had here! So friendly and well priced. Couldn't be happier we found Jay and his team!

They really care about safety and practicality and explained my options thoroughly. I have brought 3 different vehicles to them and was highly satisfied each time. What makes Jay & his team stand out more than anything are their ethics and family values. They do not rush through service just to make a quick buck, they really take their time to do a great job the first time and they have always followed up to make sure everything is still running smoothly. I have never felt such genuine concern from a mechanic and appreciate their authenticity so much. I cannot say enough good things about Jay's Service and I am so grateful they are part of the Kamloops community.

Unfortunately he didn't have the time to work on the RV as he is so busy (understandable) he still tried giving us suggestions over the phone and help us out. I can say if we you ever in need of a Mechanic and in Kamloops I would look him up??

Jay's was open Sunday I called spoke with Jay he accepted my vehicle and the following day assesses the issue, verified what I knew was wrong with it, did not try to over charge me or try to allude to any other issues along with consistent communication and even a follow up call to ensure everything was in working order and that I returned home safely without issues. Jay was very personable, informative, efficient, professional, direct and ensured I was able to get back on the road within 24 hours. Thank you Jay!
