★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were on day 2 of a 6-day family trip through BC at the end of August 2021, all prepaid and preplanned, to pick up our son from the coast. When our serpentine belt started fraying five minutes up the Coquihalla Hwy from Kamloops, we thought our whole trip was about to go sideways... especially when we started calling garages and at least five told us they couldn't see us for a week.
Not Franco's. Grant was helpful, positive, and, along with the team, bent over backwards to get us back on the road ASAP. We rented a car so we could leave ours with them until we came back through, but if we'd had just a little more flexibility in our trip, we could have been back in our own wheels by the next morning, because that's when they had it done! As it was, they were very helpful in making sure we got our car when we came back through on a Sunday, even though the shop was closed. Thank you so much, Grant and the rest of the team at Franco's, for turning what could have been a nightmare into a relatively painless bump in the road. I'd rate you 10 stars out of 5 if I could.

I had my fuel pump fail on the Coquhalia, I called and got them to take it in as emergancy repairs. they had it done by the next day! now about 2 weeks later it fails again in almost the same fashion and they agree to get it in and look at it, turns out its a seperate but very similar fail. They again dove in and fixed it on short notice. very simply the best !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 100% Recommend this place. Andrew and Grant are extremely helpful with everything! Every repair, or quote I've got is reasonable, and the workmanship is incredible. They wash your vehicle too, which is really nice! They stand behind their work and are very easy to deal with. 10/10 would recommend and I will always be taking my business here!

Instead of just taking my money, like some places do, they took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my car and how we could fix it. They were 100% honest. I would definitely come back when I get a new car haha!
