★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful old residence, I felt I was stepping back in time, gorgeous period decor. Lovely bathrooms soaps, beautiful linens .the host Thomas was informative, friendly, helpful and attentive. Breakfast was simply amazing! I will be returning here again and again.

We stayed only one night but we would have loved to stay muuuch longer.
We had the luck to be upgraded by Thomas in the Duchess master bedroom which is a stunning bedroom.
The bed is incredibly comfortable, the light in the room is so bright when it's sunny and it gives a such great energy to the place.
The bathtub is neat and so romantic.
And what to say about the decoration? Just perfect.
Ohh and the 3 services breakfast was unexpected!
Tasty and so fulfilling.
Thank you very much to the chef/owner and Thomas our host ❤️
One of our best night in a hotel so far! ?
Ps: Also Thomas sent us a message letting us know that we could early check-in at 9.30 am which is something very rare in a hotel. We couldn't but we really appreciated the attention

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband an I stayed here in early September 2021 in the very comfortable Ruby room. The house is beautiful for those who appreciate old world charm. Very attentive and pleasant inn keepers. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and plentiful, the biscuits and gravy were amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breakfast was amazing, service friendly, room gorgeous- and all 10-15 min walking distance from some key tourist locations (a castle and art gallery), and 25-30 min to the town proper. Definitely recommend, and plan on going again. Never stopped saying “wow”!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend this place. If i go back to Victoria i will stay here again! And the Manager was SO KIND! When we leave there he drove us to Fisherman’s Wharf to see us off! Unforgettable gorgeous place with amazing delicious breakfast! It was about two years ago… sorry for late review :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful and classic home in Rockland, Victoria. Lovely and very comfortable room. Nicely appointed lounge with tea (and chocolates). Thomas is a warm and engaging host.
The three course breakfast was out of this world - must say that I felt a bit pampered by the entire experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited here for my vacation and it was absolutely amazing. I got the garden room and I'm so glad I did. The room as an outside entrance which makes it perfect if you come back late or want to leave early without disturbing to many people or if you just want to sit outside on the patio and enjoy the fresh air. The breakfast was perfect and I loved the decor of the whole place. Gave it a more welcoming feel than a traditional hotel. The staff members were also extremely friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend staying here. I know I will the next time I come up.
