L	Lockie I'm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Amego yesterday to fix my e-bike. Kelvin fixed for me, he is very nice and sincere guy . He told me the truth what wrong with my bike. After I picked up my bike, he still told me what should I do to take care my bike, give me some very good advise. Next time when I need new e-bike , he will be my sale person Highly recommend Kelvin.

I think they need to hire and have way more people who understand customer service. I had no choice but to buy a bike from them as there were no other stores selling the bike I was looking for... I'm just disappointed in the fact that the customer service wasn't good at all. Had to wait over an hour to get serviced... They didn't bother helping customers in order... I'm starting to believe all the negative comments to be true. May not consider coming back for anything... Fix your customer service first...

I rode it twice and found that it's challenging to maneuver given my size (5'1") relative to the bike. I also found that the torque is a bit too much for my liking to ride in the city from a stop to start motion. I called and spoke to Tom and spend time with me explaining the differences and gladly offered an exchange. I went back two weeks later, and Gabriel helped me out and explained carefully the pros and cons and my options. Needless to say, I am very pleased with my e-bike now! Thank you for your help! Ask for Gabriel! Very helpful!

The staff at Amego including Mike, John Michael, and Calvin all went out of their way to ensure the issues were resolved to my satisfaction. As I live about a 2.5 hour drive, I called ahead to see if service could be done while I waited. This was not a problem. I was there about 4 hours, and when I was leaving I purchased several items, and although I don’t know his name, the gentleman behind the till said this fellow has been here all day, make sure you treat him right, and I was given a discount on my purchased items. As Mike said, we strive to ensure all of our customers have a positive experience, and I can certainly say they exceeded my expectations in this regard. They turned a potentially unpleasant experience into a positive one. I strongly recommend that you consider AMEGO for your next Ebike purchase. Thanks.

So rude and bad customer service. Though I want to thank them for one time that help me to find my lost bike. I would suggest buy your bike for other available options like lions or Amazon. Never go for them. The day you buy the bike after that day they will not know you.
