★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an adress verification to process for my wife and the lady refused the letter my wife wrote to authorise me to pick up the document sent to her. I showed her that the letter from the post office indicated that my wife could represent her. I also explained that my wife is handicapped. She refused still. When my wife came on a day she had to take off work, it was too late. When the process was started again, the documents could never be found! The whole thing last 1 month and we just had to abort the verification!
