★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parcel delivery service that doesn't deliver parcels but only notes that you can go pickup items. Really unpleasant experience, these people know that they have government subsidized monopoly and that is visible on every level of their customer relations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modernized version of post office so points for looks. However, staff is a bit slow and had to stand in line twice to send package as first was charged for envelope and told to go fill it out. Then had to go back in line to send it. Fault on my part as I should have insisted on paying for all right away, but also kinda job of the person to make it easier to send packages not doubling the process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely appalling customer service. Was rudely spoken to by employee because I waited in line in order to pass back my filled in xpress post mail, while customers ahead of me where at desks. We're in a pandemic, I am not going to intrude on another customer's 2 meter space to pass back an envelope when I can wait in line giving everyone proper distance. Extremely rude and unprofessional employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give Michael 0 star, he did not give me my tracking piece of paper only the receipt, like why would I buy an express post envelope if I did not have this important info
I am new to Canada I,was in a hurry I didn't know the paper I got was only the receipt.
And now I am back in Calgary and I can do nothing about it but worry!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’re from Washington and the guy I spoke said we can’t buy a self address envelope since we came from the US, he said me and my husband should go to san francisco to renew our Philipine passport! Such a racist! I ask the guy again, how can we send mail international via canada post he said they don’t have that! Useless people! Called the Philippine consulate and glad they had it in there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A purely knowledgeable employee making up rules, wasting our time, not listing to reason nor saying anything reasonable. Completely not competent for the job. Went in with all required documents to receive a parcel and he wasn’t handing it to us. Only when someone else interfered after a while until the problem was solved by common sense and only then we were able to get our parcel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My review is not specific to the post office, but possibly about the misinformation on the canada post website which costed me a 2 hour round trip as my passport was sent for pickup from here.
They are CLOSED on Family Day and the website says they are open. This is misleading. Please make a correction and please don’t mislead people
