D	D K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is a long time working Caucasian Karen lady in her 40s here working with curly colorful hair and she is absolutely rude and arrogant. Everybody else in this facility seems pretty good but her in particular is loud and annoying. Nice new facility with many technology but this lady just makes me hate going to this place.
J	Joe Evans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worker gave me grief about sending something as an over size letter saying it's too big then uses the plastic size template and it goes through. Then says he refuses to send it because it doesn't fit smoothly it must drop fast through the template. I said it fits grab the template make sure it's perpendicular to me and it slid right through. I pay for it but will only allow me to pay in stamps then begins to have a tantrum afterwards. Well what do you know it comes back to me as requiring more postage and the items is trashed stepped on etc. Some people think they own the place but just have a job not matched to there abilities to succeed with happiness.

M	Mark McLennan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was out in YVR a few weeks back and bought a few things and raised I didn't want to look like a vagabond on the flight - I was wondering what to do then I saw this Canada Post outlet - staff were helpful in telling me what kind of prepaid box to buy. Went back, stuffed the box full and used their automated box send device to send it out - it was waiting for me when I got home, loved it, great service.
N	Niloufar MP on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the worst. I went to ship a laptop with no such experience. Ask them to guide me through what to use to secure the laptop in a box. They just show me the boxes without giving me any information on what is the difference between flat rate box and the other boxes and told me to choose one that it fits in. Gave me some bubble wraps and airbags most of which were deflated. And left I chose one of the boxes and secure the laptop to my best knowledge because of course they were not willing to help. Although I nicely asked them if they could help me I would really appreciate it. Later when I was paying for the box and asked for coverage they told me flat rate boxes does not come with extra coverage. So I had to pay for the box I already sealed, and get a new one as well to be able to get coverage for the laptop! It was hours of frustration and stressed shipping experience. They literally provided me no information, and treated me like no one would wish to be treated when they are new to something. I would never post anything with them ever again. Stay clear of this branch if you are inexperienced with shipping process like me.

The first thing the lady asked me when i brought my package to the counter was "is there anything dangerous in this?" as if I'm a criminal! I had already packaged up the jewelry i was sending out for a customer of mine, and all i had to do was pay for the shipping cost. They have to retrain their workers to gain better customer service skills! They need better interpersonal skills too!
