S	Swiitch iT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely rude staff! Went to pick up a delivery from Amazon, the woman handed me a half-opened, empty box. When I tell her the box is empty, all she said was "call customer service." No empathy whatsoever. If you hate your job that much, quit and let someone who is happy to be there take your place.

The worst part is the fact there are 5 people behind the counter but only 1 elderly lady taking parcels. They enjoy making people wait. The worst post office.

I	Irina McKenzie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and unknowledgebale staff. I brought pre paid labels with boxes to ship and they wouldn't accept it because it's a used box that had branding on it. I've been shipping with CP for years using used boxes including in this branch and this is the first time they wouldn't accept it. There were 3 people there. All 3 told me they can't accept it and then completely ignored me when I told them that this doesn't make any sense. I've never felt so disrespected and ignored before and I will advice others to avoid this branch as their staff will ignore you and make you feel belittled. I will also be sending a complaint to cp directly so they know that their representatives are doing a disservice to the community and should be retrained or replaced. Waste of time and just added more stress to my day.

This Canada Post is conveniently located in the Chinatown area and I regularly come here to send and receive packages. It is clean and organized and as I previously stated the staff are courteous and efficient. *IF YOU FOUND THIS REVIEW HELPFUL KINDLY “LIKE” IT*

U	Uniw Ctw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use this post office quite often, they have new faces recently, two gentlemen and a young lady. Very good experience as they're friendly with smiles, and they like chatting whenever it's not super busy. Probably the old lady has retired and has new owner, they're a bit new in operation I can tell but they're really dedicated, given couple of weeks they'll be doing good I believe, way better than the one in Burnaby where i used to be.
