S	Sina Mohammadi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever the asian lady who is in her mid 40-50 I guess is so rude like so rude I was just an inch close to blowing up there. I asked for a label to write my address on cuz everywhere else give it to yoh and she was like you should have already done it. And I said ok at least give me a pen to write it on the box, and she was like “gosh” in a really rude way. Dude you getting paid by hour, so chill out. You are not gonna get anywhere with that attitude.

s	samaa Ibrahim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The manager ( Susan) is extremely unprofessional and slow, not because she has attention to details but because she is doesn’t care about other people’s business. I have been to this location a few times now and everytime she is surprising me with her unprofessionalism. Once after waiting in line for 35 minutes she tells me that they don’t sell stamp rolls! Whats the purpose of Canada post and no stamp?. And she always refuses to accept my drop offs if I am also mailing a few express packges and i want to drop envelopes in mail she tells me that she doesn’t have room for mail drop offs and that’s why the street boxes are for. On another occasion she charged me 5 booklets of stamp and gave me only 4, luckily I hadn’t left the store. Another time when the customer was taking too long, the customer said sorry that’s taking too long there’s many people waiting and Susan said “ that’s fine, let them wait” Also if you’re worried anout hygiene also avoid the place, the employees are not following proper hygiene, i have seen them clean their noises and put the dirty napkin back in their pocket and continue to work without sanitizing theor hands. Avoid this location because you will leave the store with the employees bad energy.

It clearly states that it’s open until 9 pm on weekdays but I just want there - it was 7.55 pm & the sign on the counter says “Closed” back at 9 pm.. terrible, and their website clearly states it’s open until 9 pm. I also went a few times in the past just after 7 pm & the sign said “Closed” - back in 1/2 hr or whatever! I wonder why this “Post Office” is still operating with this unpredictable service. There is no telephone number anywhere where you can file complaint, I’m not surprised that employees at this location get away with everything! Will avoid at all cost going forward - hopefully somebody in authority reads this & listens to the majority of their customers but I won’t hold my breath!

She Even didn’t look at me when I asked questions and also didn’t respond to me with an impatient frowning. Oh. When I passed the parcel to her she even didn’t reach for it. If you are not happy with your job don’t do it. Do something make you happy.
