Feel safe coming here and they are always so nice. Great pricing and wonderful service. The level of care from all the doctors here is beyond amazing.

They genuinely care for the well being of my animals, and are very professional. I’ll also say that alpenlofts remains open to everyone, they allow you to stay with your pet. Eagle view now discriminates against anyone not vaccinated. I’m sick of divide and people promoting division, alpenlofts has my business, and I’d highly recommend to others!

I recently brought our pet to Dr. Sharma and I was pleasantly surprised by the similar manner in which he cared for our pet. I have been to other vets in the past, but none compare with the positive experiences I have at Alpenlofts. Dr. Sharma helped me after hours and listened to my concerns with openness and kindness. If you have pets in Squamish, I highly recommend Alpenlofts as your veterinarian clinic!

In addition to keeping up with their regular checkups and maintenance visits, they saw our cat for emergency visits when needed for urinary blockage, including late on a weekend. I could not be happier with the kind, compassionate service we receive here. Always very happy to answer all our questions and address all of our concerns, we feel like we are in excellent hands with the staff here. 6/5 stars! Aldo had eaten some chocolate and was rushed to the Alpenlofts Veterinary Hospital. I am very grateful to the team for handling this emergency case promptly. I was very satisfied with the overall services, treatment, care and prices at Alpenlofts Vet. Hospital and highly recommend it to other pet owners.
M	Mari L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Grewal is very kind and compassionate, but the problem has always been the front office staff. High turnover, lack of professionalism, lack of care, zero interest in taking ownership or responsibility when things go sideways. Alpenlofts does not and will not take any responsibility for ongoing care of your pet. If you want actual wellness management, seek another vet. This place is only good for drop-in care. They used to send emails and remind patients when they would be due for vaccine boosters, etc, but somehow that has changed over the past year, which allowed my pet to go over 12 months between rabies shots. For most people, this would be no problem, but we had always planned to relocate with our pet to an island which requires strict rabies protocol. Due to the vet's change in procedures, we were not notified when our pet was due for his rabies booster, and now we will be set back another 8 months at minimum due to this negligence. As a business, you cannot set an expectation of service, then suddenly change it without communicating this to clients. When I spoke to the receptionist Bailey, her response was, "we have more than 100 clients -- you expect us to contact everyone?"
C	Christine Nijman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second review of this clinic. I made one a number of years ago, not long after Dr. Grewal opened. I'm writing a second review because after many years of taking my cats to Dr Grewal his level of knowledge, care, and compassion towards my fur family is the best I've ever had. I never feel overcharged, and they are always willing to go over things thoroughly with me so that I feel like I have a good understanding of everything that's happening. Dr. Deamon is also there now, and he recognized, and diagnosed and extremely rare lung disease in my cat that has only been found apparently in four other cats in the world. We knew he had feline asthma already but this was a new development unfortunately. They even went so far as to print me off the information about this rare disease so that I could better understand and manage Oscar's issues. I could go on and on, but just want anybody who is considering taking their fur babies here that they will definitely be in good, trustworthy hands.

We hadn't visited here before but knew friends that recommended them. We were SO grateful that they were open a bit later than the other vets in town!!!! Thank you so much to your team for your great care and help with Honey's "situation". They even called the next morning to check up on her to see how she was feeling. It's the little things like that which make a huge difference! I would definitely recommend this vet hospital, and will be back again for sure!
