They had everything I was looking for, and the store is very organized and clean. Great bathing service for dogs. Although the employees were helpful, they seemed sad. They could probably use some cheering up!

Great staff. Brought my pup in for a treat a few days after he got neutered. He was still not really himself and was refusing to walk a few days after surgery- staff member sat with him for about ten minutes bribing him to walk with different treats and he eventually forgot about his annoying collar/incision and was happily trotting along for treats in the shop. Staff member had fostered a ton of dogs and was really helpful!

If you like being lectured by an arrogant, self righteous person than this is the place for you. They know more than your own veterinarian (who is actually out to scam you, by the way.) Instead of buying what you need, you’re told to buy a giant bag of food that will likely spoil before use, all in the name of their superior point program. Thank you, next.

Like all other pet stores in town, Bosley’s has a wide variety of cat and dog supplies. Unfortunately not so much fish supplies and this area isn’t always fully stocked. It makes sense - but it just sucks when you have to drive all the way to the city to browse larger selections. On a more positive note, the staff seem approachable and the store is always clean. I’m sure people with dogs and cats will be very pleased.

This review is in hopes of this location passing this information on to "corporate" as this is what is always said by the manager when I try to get down the bottom of the issue with using the self serve bath for my dog. They blame "corporate" for the strange rules. I used to use the bath with absolutely no problems at the location in North Vancouver but since we moved to Squamish in Sept 2019 it has always been a hassle trying to use the bath at this location. First, it was the "covid rules" only 1 person can bath a dog at a time, yet we could walk in the store and shop together side by side (it takes 2 of us to bath our dog so during that time period we couldnt use the service) along with the fact we had to use their shampoo which makes zero sense as we along with whoever else used the tub would all be touching the same bottle, plus the staff have to disinfect it which all could have been avoided if they just let us use our own shampoo. When they finally got rid of those strange rules, I phoned to clarify that everything was all good to come by and use the service as normal. They said yes its first come first served and you are fine to use whatever shampoo you like. And so back in Dec we did come in and use our own shampoo with no problems. Then, a couple weeks ago we went to use it again and there was a really nice gentleman that worked there that gave our dog some treats and asked us the general questions of was your dog skunked etc and then said oh you have your own shampoo no problem. Halfway through the bath a woman who I assume was the manager started yelling over to us is that medicated shampoo??? we replied with no but it professional groomer shampoo and she said they only allow the use of their own shampoo and I said oh is this one of those covid rules that are back and she said no this is a "corporate policy" and it has been in place since she worked there. I am so sick of this back and forth inconsistent policies. How does that make any sense that we cant use our own shampoo even though we have done so many times and were even told by different staff member that its ok. Again since corporate is always the excuse. Please pass this review onto to them if you wont take accountability for these odd policies and misinformation.

Used to love this store. Now that it's under new management some of the employees are truly awful. that kid with the "man bun" needs an attitude adjustment. He's lucky he didn't get popped in the face for his complete and utter rudeness. How he still has a job is beyond me. And 3 days later returned to the store to the same rude employee but this time in front of the manager. Instead of an apology, there was crickets. Head office gets a call now.

The store is clean and organized, and the customer service was absolutely 5 star. I ran up to the entrance as they were closing and was still encouraged to come in and take my time to pick the right fish. It was a last minute Christmas gift and was very important, and the young woman working that night by the name of Michele who saved the day will not soon be forgotten. You helped choose the best fish, food, and tanks after you were going to lock up, it still resonates in my thoughts. My daughters love their beautiful, happy fish.
