★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love this store. I’ve been buying my dog food here since I moved to Toronto in 2013. The entire staff is kind, competent and knowledgeable. They carry excellent, quality products and also do complimentary local delivery. They’ve always gone above and beyond to help out. Their customer service is outstanding and truly a rarity in the days of big box stores and Amazon Prime. This will always be my #1 pet supply store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice little local dog store! The staff are super friendly and helpful, and seem to really care and have a lot of knowledge. We're trying to switch our dogs food as she doesn't like her current food anymore, and the employee there answered all our questions and made educated suggestions. They have a focus on sustainable products which I love. Will definitely be frequenting here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down our FAVE pet store! Cali and I come in every week pretty much and she pulls me to the entrance. All the staff are super friendly, helpful, kind and not pushy at all. They have high end products so prices are a little higher but they have stuff we haven’t seen elsewhere that’s amazing quality. We love you Bone House!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m writing this review for my dog haha. She absolutely loves this place. Pulls me in there every single time we walk by because of all the delicious treats and the love she gets. But in all seriousness, Emily, Megan, Sydney & Grace are awesome. Such great staff that are super inviting and make every experience worth it. Not to mention they have an awesome collection of gear and snacks. Leslieville wouldn’t be the same without The Bone House!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bone House just opened their pet grooming. My dog is a bit of a tough dog to groom. It's hard to get her coat even but they did it perfectly.
They clearly listened to my quick instructions and left her ears and face a little long exactly as I described. Addie was happy and beautiful when I picked her up.
I highly recommend their new grooming service!!!
And their home made refillable dog treats are amazing too :)
