I accepted the change but ran in to unforeseen traffic on the way. I arrive at 2:50. I was told my sick dog could not be seen and turned away. My experience was terrible and unprofessional with this business and I would never return nor recommend this vet.

I came to eagle view with a previous case that was open and they got me in promptly. From the ladies on the phone to speaking with Dr. Armstrong, the whole process was fantastic. They were patient with me amd answered all of my questions. I will bring both my doggies here time and time again and recommend this place to others. Thank you so much to the whole team! Jamie

They make that extra effort to know him and us and they have helped me keep him in tip top shape. It has been difficult dealing with their Covid protocols but I think they’ve done their best balancing staff comfort with patient needs.

D	Diane Hannah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was heart broken to have to take my companion of 18 years (Cat) to be euthanized several weeks ago. The Vet I saw that first examined my cat was very personable and compassionate . I am aware that this is a very busy office -when I requested a medication refill it took them 5 days to get back to me. The vet that was going to do the procedure more or less accused me of not seeking treatment. My daughter who was with me was appalled and of course I was grieving at the time. I will point out the actual procedure was done in a professional way, however the experience left me so stressed out that I actually take detours rather than drive by their office. I will be finding another Vet for my remaining cat and hope that at some point I hear back from them regarding a paw plaque I ordered at the time.

When I got there 2 hours later I was rudely informed that they changed policy and she snatched the carrier from me. I was then told the dr would call before any procedures were performed and i said forget it, I'd like my cat back. Too late, he was already having blood taken without even talking to me. My cat was then tossed back to me like a rugby ball. Long story short, rude/lying front door staff, arbitrary policy changes and an all around bad experience.
K	Kyle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was blown away with how kind and caring the staff is at Eagleview. I accompanied my mom in taking her dog Dottie there after Dottie developed some symptoms. The staff was extremely friendly, not to mention they went out of their way to call after her visit to follow up not once, but twice. I would highly recommend Eagleview to anyone looking for a veterinarian in Squamish. Thumbs-up to all the staff at Eagleridge. Keep up the great work!
