★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mechanic broke my driver handle. They said I brought it in like that. Service guy and mechanic gave 3 stories that were all different. Basically lied to my face. They couldn’t get their story straight.
Mechanic said he noticed it right away and took note. That’s was a lie and wasn’t in the notes provided to me. Also when I picked up my car after my oil change I wasn’t notified.
Only offer they gave me was to fix it with a discount.
I got extremely frustrated and left. I’ll never trust them with a car ever again.

They were super friendly and informative throughout the entire process and had my car back to me within the suggested time line They gave me.
I would definitely recommend this dealership if you have to get service or for purchasing a vehicle (you will not be disappointed).
They deserve every star given to them! ?

Chris is super friendly, honest and straightforward to deal with. There are no BS hidden fees, surprise/added costs or bad faith tactics when dealing with Chris and Alliston VW.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife took her car for oil change, after few days when i opened the hood to check the engine , engine cover was missing...called them next day, guy on phone laughed a little and said its not a big deal bring the car and they will put it on.
When they installed the cover..it was full of dirt ,did not care about cleaning it before putting it on brand new engine.
I hope the engine cover was only thing missing from engine .
Not a good place i think even for basic oilchange .
