Me and my friend got Jetta for each one of us. They interchanged our license plates. We were driving the cars with wrong plates for almost a year. I went to renew my license plate sticker and found out my license plate is wrong. I went through so much hassle and inconvenience to get my license plate back. I don't like giving this type of rating to any business. But the whole incident was very agonizing. After this review I got a call from their appropriate department. Long story short, the guy on the phone was like they don’t care for my review and was trying to overpower me. And he hung up the phone. Great after service.

I had to wait for a few months after booking the car due to supply shortage. I worked with Samantha through the entire purchase. She was fast to answer all my questions and helped out as much as she could. I would highly recommend working with Samantha to purchase your next vehicle.

I bought a car almost 2 years back. The entire process was smooth and satisfying. I have also bought an extended warranty as well. Few months back when I serviced my car in a different dealership, to my surprise they told me that there is no extended warranty for this car. After multiple days of phone calls with Bramgate, they told me that the car isn’t registered for the extended warranty during the purchase of the car, due to some β€˜technical issues’. Had I not faced a situation where I had to use the extended warranty, the dealership would have simple walked away with 1600+ dollars. They finally said, the warranty is reinstated, so that means technically I got only a few months of warranty after paying the price for a full year of extended warranty. May be it’s just my experience. But, to me things looked fishy.

Fast and friendly service. Their waiting area is very spacious and I was able to sit back and relax while my car was being serviced. The technician by the name of Dylan had my car running like new again and provided suggestions for future maintenance and to prevent any issues. Also thanks for the complimentary car wash.
