★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a short trail, great for hiking or snowshoeing. We were advised to go counterclockwise because it's steeper the other way. But the result is that you'll have the best views to your back once you head down whereas it doesnt make a difference the other way because you're travelling through nice woods. Stick to the hard part and it rewards you better. It's not a terrible difficulty hike. We saw some preteen children enjoying the walk. The best part is that there are no crowds to fight here. Everyone was struggling to get a parking spot in West Bragg Creek, which doesnt have as picturesque a trail as this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a father's day picnic on the river rocks. A great spot with room for the dogs and kids to stretch their legs. On site rest rooms, and picnic tables and benches in the trees. They filled up FAST on Father's Day however, and likely any other nice weekend day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place. So many firepits and rooms for you tent, right next to the stream that my little one loves playing in. You can have a nice hike to Fullerton loop just on the other side of the road. Our family has been coming back here many times

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the many best short stops we have during our trip to Alberta. It’s calm, quiet and the view is superior. We enjoyed our Jollibee chicken in one of the tables at the side of the river. A must for a short stop over.
