★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Told him my suv was stuck in the snow and I already had 2 trucks try to pull me out and he brought the smaller truck because the big one wouldn't start in the weather instead of declining the work he broke his wrinch cable and didn't get my vehicle out. Wanted me to pay $100 for it after he estimated me on the phone 120 maybe more if it takes awhile to get out. When I talked to him about the price being high he got defensive and rude all I wanted was reasoning for the high price as I don't understand why I should pay 100 bucks for you to not do a job? You are better to just call towing company in lloyd than deal with him. It also states his 24h on Google but wouldn't come out till the next morning and was late.
