★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quand je me suis fait remorqué suite à un accident à Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures le gars de la remorque ma dit on vas l'apporter au garage on fait de la carrosserie pi toute. Trois jours plus tard alors que mes assurances sont parfaitement au courant ou mon véhicule ce trouve je reçoit un appel me disant j'ai pas le temps de faire ton auto faudra que tu aille ailleurs. C'était en 2013 environs.
When I got towed following an accident in Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures, the trailer guy told me we were going to bring it to the garage, we were doing all bodywork. Three days later while my insurance is perfectly aware or my vehicle is found, I receive a call telling me I have no time to get your car you will have to go elsewhere. It was around 2013.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons appelé parce que notre visite a barré les clés dans la voiture par erreur avec leur jeune garçon. Nous avons eu la reponse que le service de remorquage était rendu a Québec et le service n'était pas disponible pendent 2h. Finalement, des voisins mon confirmé que ce n'était pas vrai. La vrai histoire, ce n'est as assez payant ce deplacer pour ouvrir une porte. Vraiment plate!
We called because our visit mistakenly locked the keys in the car with their young boy. We had the answer that the towing service was provided in Quebec and the service was not available for 2 hours. Finally, neighbors confirmed to me that this was not true. The real story is that it doesn't pay off enough to move to open a door. Really flat!
