★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During Covid 19 CAA tow trucks will tow your car to a repair centre leaving you possibly stranded on the side of the road. So with that said I did not renew my CAA membership. You decide if you think the cost of the membership is still a viable service for automobile travel coverage when the tow truck driver won't let you in his truck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. I bought a set of luggage at CAA and the zipper broke on one piece while on vacation. Upon returning I went into the CAA office to see where I had to ship the luggage etc. The luggage has a 10 year warranty. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was told "just bring the piece in and we'll send it away and call you when it's retuned fixed." It was that easy and seamless. I recieved a call when it was ready and I just picked it up. Customer service at its best!

Very helpful staff, excellent suggestions, useful tools to take with us....you know, if I didn't know any better I would guess that the staff at CAA actually care about helping people get the most out of their travelling experience and keep them safe on their journey. Two thumbs up! (one would be hitchhiking, and that's definitely not safe)
